  • Limited Usage: You've generated fewer than 5 pieces of content during the refund period
  • Technical Issues: Documented technical problems prevented you from using the service
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions occurred
  • Service Unavailability: Extended service outages (24+ hours) during your billing period

Partial Refunds / Pro-Rata Credits

You may be eligible for a partial refund or account credit if:

  • 8-30 Day Window: Request is made between 8-30 days after subscription start (reviewed case-by-case)
  • Partial Outages: Service was intermittently unavailable during your billing period
  • Plan Downgrade: Downgrading from a higher tier mid-billing cycle (credit applied to next billing)
  • Annual Plans: Cancellation of annual subscriptions after 30 days (pro-rated based on months remaining)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Late Requests: Requests made more than 30 days after the billing date

  • Extensive Usage: You've used more than 50% of your monthly content generation limit

  • Change of Mind: Simple change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period without documented issues
